I don’t think it’s too early to say OMG!! That thing rocks!

I’ve still got a lot to play with (last night I got into a bit more beer so I didn’t fiddle :) but holy cow!.... Add the clamp and the punch is amazing… Amazing throaty bass, super-precise highs, and my foot tapping through every song, no matter the genre. Used the Audio-Note throughout....Too many things going on!... I’ll keep in touch.

Last night was the first time I had a chance to listen to my system since connecting the X-DACv8 (DAC) to my Musical Fidelity A5 CDP (transport). When I finally sat down and listened to the new combination, Holy Smoke! I was absolutely astonished at how good it all sounded. The music was extremely engaging!

Before making this purchase, I thought my system was at its pinnacle and could never sound better -- I was mistaken. Again, thank you for steering me in the right direction. I know I can always count on your good advice, and I look forward to continuing our association.
