Here are brief and long standing services we offer our clients

See, look, touch /  With the vast array of gear we have , we believe that all gear we maintain on our floor should be aproppriatly set up as well as burned in as ready for demonstrating it to you

2nd hand gear / Most of our original store bought 2nd hand gear comes with an in house warranty that may spreads from 1 month to 6 months, dependant on gear on a 1st sale cycle only. Thereafter , 1 month is offered as standard warranty.

Analogue / Stereo Passion provides high level , knowledgable repair and install services on most turntables.

Repairs / We repair most high end audio companies as long as we can access  their parts inventory. We have access to several part suppliers to meet this end. Further we provide a limited warranty on our work . 

Trade ups / We still accept your store bought trades when its time to upgrade. We offer the maximum value for your trades. Details provided at time of purchase. 2 trades maximum per year to a maximum of 5,000.00 per trade. All trades subject to approval before hands. We reserve the right to refuse any trade.

Shipping / Problem with your undiscounted gear that you purchased from us ? We deal with it all the way , and take care of the shipping if issues cannot be resolved easily on our benches, we even pay for shipping  from location ( to and fro ) for the first 12 months after your initial purchase. 

Loaners / We will lend you a loaner piece while we repair your gear.

Lemon aid / Benchmark service that has been with us since our beginning, and unique to Stereo Passion. Should we have sold you a lemon, we will replace that lemon free of charge. Let it be said , we inspect every components we buy before selling it on our floor  ! In all our time, we have only replaced 1 unit worth over 10,000.00 in the year 2000. The replaced units is taken permanently out of circulation, and further not sold to anyone. They are declared total loss.

Inspections / All new boxes that come in are initially inspected and verified as Ok before delivery or pick up

Testing / All that we repair is tested before we hand your gear back to you

Insurance claims / We have been providing 3rd party insurance claim services and represent insurance companies  and insurance claimants that are looking to settle Source Defect Analysis . Our intrisic expertise and comprehensive  technical inspections and subsequent detailed report are mostly always the final word in any outstanding claim issue.  These claim services are handled in a time sensitive way. We are however 3rd party neutral.

In case of commercial default / Companies come and go. Some may close their doors permanently. Should this happen to any of our suppliers, new lines we represent, on anything we sell you , we promise within the realm of the possible to add a 1 year in house limited warranty ( surface mount technologies excepted ) to the original purchaser that may be further transferable with our consent on your trade.
